Salt Steamed Oranges

Wash fresh oranges. Wipe off any excess water on it. Put a pinch of salt in the palm of your hand. Rub the orange zest gently.

Cut off the top of the orange.

Put some salt on the orange meat and prepare a chopstick. Use it to gently poke the orange flesh so that the salt is completely integrated in the flesh.
