Salted Cashew Nuts
1.
Put the salt in the wok, put the cashews on
2.
Stir-fry over medium and small heat, about 2 minutes, try to bury the cashews in the salt when stir-frying
3.
Turn off the heat immediately when the cashews are slightly discolored, and stir-fry with the remaining heat until the color is slightly yellow
4.
Sift them out immediately, let them cool, and enjoy the crispy and delicious cashews. And don't worry, it won't be salty at all, only the aftertaste will taste a little bit salty.
5.
You can also fry peanuts. Fried peanuts are very crispy, better than fried ones, and crispier than oven-baked ones.
6.
Soybeans can be fried in the same way, and the color will be sifted out immediately
7.
The fried soybeans are also very crisp, because the beans are evenly heated when they are fried with salt
Tips:
1. Don't worry about it being very salty with salt, especially the nuts with the skin, which will not be salty at all.
2. Coarse salt is better. I can use table salt if I can't buy it. The used salt can be saved for the next time you fry peanuts or something
