Cauliflower Soup

Wash organic cauliflower and celery, and dice onion

Pour a small amount of oil in the pan, add the onion, garlic cloves, and almond slices into the pan and fry until the almond slices turn yellow and the onions are soft and rotten.

Add organic cauliflower and celery to the pot and boil the soup, add a little salt after boiling, pour the fried onions and almonds into the pot, cook for a few minutes, turn off the heat and let cool

After the soup is slightly cool, put the soup and vegetables into the broken wall processor and add raw cashew nuts, high speed for 1 minute to form a paste

Cut the celery bacon into finely chopped pieces and set aside. Pour the vegetable broth into the pot, cook on medium heat and add the bacon and celery powder. Finally, add 100ml of milk to increase the creamy taste of the broth.

Sprinkle ground black pepper on the thick but not greasy cauliflower soup and you're done!
Tips:
Milk can also be replaced with whipped cream for a thicker taste.
