Salted Duck Bladder

Saute the salt and pepper with low heat until the salt turns slightly yellow, turn off the heat and let cool.

Wash the duck bladder clean, drain the water, stir in the fried and cooled pepper and salt, mix well, and then put it in the refrigerator overnight to facilitate the taste.

Pour the marinated duck bladder, together with the pepper and salt into the pot, add water to cover the duck bladder, add green onion and ginger cooking wine star anise bay leaves and cook for 15 minutes.

Put the cooked duck bladder in cold water so that it will not stick together, and then put it in a pot.
Tips:
The salty and slightly hemp duck bladder is a perfect match for wine.
