Salted Duck Egg and Winter Melon Noodle Soup

Ingredients: winter melon (peeled, washed and sliced), noodles, cooked salted duck eggs (the yolk and egg whites have been dug out).

Put the cut winter melon into a pot of clear water to boil, and cook until the winter melon is cooked and soft.
