Salted Duck Egg Whip Bamboo Soup

Ingredients: whip bamboo shoots, cooked salted duck eggs (the yolk and egg whites have been dug out).

Peel and clean the whip bamboo shoots.

Cut the old roots on the chopping board and cut into slices.

Next, lower the whipped bamboo shoots into a pot of clean water and boil for 8 minutes.
