Salted Duck Gizzard

Ingredients, fresh duck gizzards are cleaned and soaked in clean water for 1 hour,

After soaking, use star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, Chinese pepper, green onion ginger and other aniseed ingredients, add salt, and stew with light soy sauce.
