Duck liver removes the fascia, first wash it repeatedly with clean water, then soak for one hour, and change the water several times during the soaking process

Take out the soaked duck liver

Add the cut pepper, ginger, cooking wine, bay leaves, star anise

Put the duck liver in the boiling pot

Add the right amount of water and soy sauce

Bring to a boil
