Salted Egg Watercress

Wash watercress and cut into sections

Garlic slices

Steam the salted egg white, dice, and squeeze the egg yolk into small pieces. (The eggs are pickled by themselves.)

Heat up a frying pan and sauté the garlic slices until fragrant.

Put in 2

Add watercress and cook.

Cook until the watercress is soft. (Salted eggs have a salty taste, no need to add salt.)

It looks good and delicious.
