Take a pot and add water-milled glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour, orange flour, and wormwood powder

Add some warm water, I also added a little lard and mix well

Knead into dough

Take a dough of about 35 grams and round it, dig a hole with your thumb and then squeeze it to enlarge it while turning it

Tips:
The Taiwanese pork floss I used, the finished product tastes a bit dry, and I don’t want to add too much oil. I wonder if I can add some salad dressing?
