Salted Egg Yolk Tofu

The salted egg yolk is pureed with a spoon and bitten in the microwave for 1 minute

Heat oil pan, pour in egg yolk and stir fry
3.
Add garlic, a few drops of white wine
4.
Add the tofu and gently push a few times with a spatula
5.
Add garlic leaves
6.
Stir-fry well, out of the pot
Tips:
No need to add salt, the salted egg yolk is salty enough
