Salted Octopus

Wash hairtail and cut into sections.

The octopus is marinated with salt and pepper.
3.
Throw on starch.
4.
Put it in a pot and fry on high heat until crisp and brown.

Saute the chopped green onion, garlic, ginger, and chili in a pot.
6.
Sprinkle in pepper and stir fry evenly.
7.
Serve on the table.
Tips:
Hairtail is a wind-producing thing, and it should not be eaten by people suffering from skin diseases such as scabies and eczema or skin allergies; cancer patients and those with lupus erythematosus should not eat it; carbuncle and fetal drugs, lymphatic tuberculosis, and bronchial asthma are also avoided. The food should not be fried with butter and lamb; it should not be eaten with licorice and nepeta.
