Salted Peanuts

Fresh peanuts.

Wash it well and open a small mouth for later use.

Put salt, cinnamon, bay leaves, star anise, and dried chili in a pot with water.

Add the peanuts, bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and cook for half an hour.

Turn off the heat for half an hour, then turn on a low fire and cook for half an hour.
6.
Put the boiled peanut soup in the refrigerator overnight, and it will taste better if it is heated and allowed to cool the next day.
