Salted Peanuts

Wash the peanuts and pinch the openings one by one.
3.
Boil the bay star anise and salt in a small pot with water.

Bring to a boil and cook for two minutes. The small pot I use is easier to taste like this.
5.
Remove the peanuts while it is hot.
Tips:
Peanuts are easier to taste after being squeezed.
The taste of peanuts is related to the cooking time. I like crispy ones and cook for a while less, and glutinous ones for a while.
You can also keep peanuts in the soup, which is easier to taste. Mi Ma likes to remove them while it is hot. The peanuts are relatively dry and taste good.
