Saltwater Duck

Wash the duck legs well and control the water.

Prepare salt and pepper, the ratio is two to one.

Place in an iron pan and stir fry over medium heat.

Wait until the salt is slightly yellow and the pepper turns black and turn off the heat.

Sprinkle hot salt evenly on the inside and outside of the duck meat and rub it with your hands several times.

Then seal the duck with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Wash the marinated duck legs, prepare shallots, ginger slices, star anise, bay leaves, grass fruits, and cinnamon.
8.
Put all the ingredients in the pot and add water, the water should just cover the duck meat.
9.
Cook for five minutes, stop for fifteen minutes, turn over and cook for five minutes and turn off the heat. (Note: Do not remove the lid of the pot while cooking).
