Salty Bone Congee

Wash the fan bones.

Add a spoonful of salt, mix well and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Throw the salty bones into the pot and add a few slices of ginger and water.

Boil the water to remove the floating powder.

Wash the rice.
6.
Add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 15 minutes.

Boil salty bones on high heat for 15 minutes, add rice to boil, then change to low heat and cook slowly for 40 minutes.

Add appropriate amount of chopped green onion and enjoy.
