Salty Dried Peanuts
1.
Wash the soil with the fresh peanuts you bought. Make sure to scrub the soil several times.
2.
Put the peanuts in a pot, add water that has just been drenched, and add salt
3.
Bring the lid to a high heat and turn to a medium-to-low heat for about 40 minutes. When time is up, you can peel it off and try it to see if it is soft enough. If it is not enough, cook for a while
4.
Scoop out the boiled peanuts and dry them in the sun to eat
5.
The more dried the peanuts are, the harder the peanuts taste. Our house is placed on the balcony. Everyone will grab a handful when they come in and out. Usually they are finished before they are completely dried.
Tips:
The harder the peanuts are dried, and the longer they can be stored. The peanuts that have not been completely dried should be stored in the refrigerator, otherwise they are prone to mold.
