Salty Mullet

Clean and cut the mullet, add a little salt, and marinate for 5-10 minutes

Put oil in the pot to heat up! Slowly put in the fish pieces! Fry until the fish skin is golden (be careful when turning over during frying)

After frying until golden, pour a little soy sauce into the pan! Add some water (half bowl-1 bowl)

Add garlic, shredded ginger, and chili in turn (you can also add bean drums), simmer over medium heat, and collect the juice.
Tips:
The fish was salted before and after cutting! So there is no need to add salt in the process
