1. Wash the baby chicken, remove the chicken feet, soak in clean water for 2 hours, change the water 3-4 times in between
2. Add ginger slices and glutinous rice into the chicken belly
3. Finally, plug it with jujube, and seal the skin of the chicken pp with a toothpick.
4. Put in a pot of purified water, add the sealed chicken, put in the chicken soup bag and Dendrobium candidum, bring to a boil on medium heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours
