Sands Fried Rice

Cut the carrots into small dices and smash the horseshoes. You can also cut some diced cucumbers, which are not available at home, so I use horseshoes.

Put a little oil in the pot (the oil is less, because the oil will be used twice), pour the rice into the stir-fry, add the diced carrots and horseshoes, stir-fry for another minute, and add salt. Then hold it out for use.

Add two teaspoons of oil to the pot and add the crushed boiled egg yolks. Stir-fry

Fried until the egg yolk foams, like a crab spitting bubbles

Add the cooked rice, stir-fry for half a minute, add chicken essence
