Sandwich rice balls that are very popular in Japan these days are called おにぎらず in Japanese, which translates literally into rice balls that don’t need to be pinched. Wrap your favorite stuffing, simple and hygienic, very suitable for breakfast or lunch~

Sandwich Rice Balls (rice Balls without Pinching)

1. Put a layer of plastic wrap on the table, spread seaweed, vegetables, rice, sausage, eggs, and vegetables in sequence, and sprinkle a little salt on the rice.
Note: The rice is spread out in a square with the side of the rice facing the corner of the seaweed.

2. Roll up the plastic wrap and wrap the rice ball with a corner of the seaweed.

3. Fold the corner to wrap the rice ball.

4. Similarly, the right corner is folded.

5. The left corner is folded up.

6. Wrap the rice ball tightly with plastic wrap.

7. Cut in half with a knife. Dip the knife into water and cut it, so the rice won't stick to it easily.
