Pumpkin Pie

Peel the pumpkin, steam it and let cool, glutinous rice flour, white sugar.

Put on a plastic wrap bag and knead the pumpkin, sugar and glutinous rice flour into a ball.

Use two palms to form a ball, and use a toothpick to press the mark. Put the pot on high heat and steam for 20 minutes.
