Sandwich Small Round Biscuits

Put the flour, sugar, and softened butter in the basin.

First use a spatula to cut and mix the butter and powder evenly.

Mix the dough by hand, don't knead it too hard.

Divide into about 4 grams each and knead into round balls. These amounts can make about 44 small balls. Put on the baking tray.

Preheat the oven at 160 degrees, bake for about 17 minutes, and bake until slightly yellowed.

Tips:
Don't reduce the sugar anymore, I have already reduced it, it will not taste too sweet if it is too sweet.
