1.
After the butter is softened, add fine sugar and mix well
2.
Add the egg liquid in portions, beating evenly each time
3.
Sift in low flour and baking powder, use a rubber spatula to cut and mix into a dry powder-free batter; add cranberries, cut and mix evenly;
4.
Put the batter into the piping bag, cut a small mouth, squeeze it into the cupcake mold, 8 minutes full; preheat the oven 180 degrees, upper and lower fire, middle layer, 15-20 minutes
5.
After the cake is cooked and taken out and cooled, cut off the bulging part with a knife.
6.
Make the surface of the cake flat
7.
Knead the fondant cream softly, take out a small piece of the color you need, add the pigment and knead it; (if the room temperature is relatively high, sprinkle some powdered sugar on the silicone chopping board to prevent sticking)
8.
Roll the fondant paste of different colors into thin slices
9.
Cut out the shape you need; for example, Santa Claus, first use a cupcake mold to buckle the flesh-colored fondant slice, and use a knife to cut into a round piece as big as the surface of the cake
10.
Then use a brush with a little water on the back to cover the surface of the cake and compact it
11.
Then use a knife or scissors to cut out the desired shape

Tips:
1. When making the gift shape, in order to maintain the three-dimensional shape of the bow knot, use a paper towel to round it and place it in the hollow until the fondant becomes hard and shaped;
2. For flesh color, you can use white fondant paste to add a little red pigment, or buy flesh color pigment directly.
