Santa Bread

Squeeze a cup of beetroot juice and set aside

The fermented noodles are divided into three pieces to make hats, faces, and beards, and then place them as shown in the figure. Press a little to make the dough fit. Then brush the hat and nose with a layer of beetroot juice, are they amazing (for the method before fermentation, please refer to the carrot bread I made)

Put it in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, pay attention to observation at any time, cover the tin foil when the hat is slightly colored, and cover the tin foil after the beard is colored.

Make a few biscuits to decorate and press out the pattern you like (for the method, please refer to cranberry biscuits, this biscuits are rolled into slices and kept in the refrigerator for 30 minutes)

Put the baking tray on the top and bottom at 170 degrees for 10 minutes

Put it all on the plate and sprinkle it with icing sugar to make the feeling of snow
