Saqima

Prepared ingredients.

Beat the eggs and add the flour. (Don't add it all at once, try adding)

Stir it into cotton wool with chopsticks. (No need to add water)

Knead into a slightly hard dough and wake up for 20-30 minutes (cover with a steamer cloth or plastic wrap to avoid air drying)

Roll the dough into thin slices with a rolling pin, (the thinner the better), sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking.

The rolled noodles are rolled up with a rolling pin and cut with a knife (as shown in the picture above)

Cut into filaments with a knife.

Shake the finely chopped noodles to remove excess dry flour.

Prepare a shallow dish, apply a thin layer of oil, and sprinkle the ingredients.

Heat oil in the pot (those a thin noodle can immediately float)

Put a small handful into the pan and fry it. Explode in turn.

Remove the oil from the fried noodles and put them in a large container (additional ingredients can be added)

Put a little water in the pot, add sugar and honey, and boil over a low heat.

Don't stir, shake the pot slightly.

Boil the excess water out.

It can be boiled to make it thick and delicate.

Pour in the boiled syrup and use chopsticks to quickly stir it evenly.

Pour the thin noodles coated with syrup into the pan and flatten it with your hands. (I rolled it on with a rolling pin)

Pour out after cooling down. (Must be cool)

Use a knife to make a saw-like cut. (It will cut very neatly)

Crispy and delicious dessert.
Tips:
The noodles should be made into the hardness of the dumpling skin, and the noodles should be sprinkled on top to prevent stickiness when cutting the noodles. Shake off the excess flour after cutting.
A pound of flour, 4 taels of sugar, 2 taels of honey. Halve according to your own needs.
