Sauce Bones

Wash the bones, put cold water into the pot, add the dried tangerine peels, boil and cook for 1 minute

Remove and rinse

Heat oil, sauté the aniseed on a low fire, then add green onion and ginger to fry until fragrant, put in the washed bones, heat up, cook into the cooking wine

Add soy sauce and stir fry until the bones are colored

Add appropriate amount of water, boil and add salt to taste

Change to low heat and cook for 50 minutes, until the bones are soft
7.
Put out the pot and serve on a plate, ready to eat
