Sauce Bones

Rinse the bones.

Add water to the pot, add green onions and bones.

After boiling, simmer for 1 minute.

Remove and wash it.

Heat oil and fry the bones over high heat.

Fry until the surface of the bone turns yellow.

Add the red fermented bean curd juice.
8.
Then add the right amount of light soy sauce.

Stir it repeatedly until it is colored.

Add water.

Bring to a boil and season with salt.

Bake on a low fire for about 30 minutes to make it ripe.
13.
Turn off the heat after turning the heat to collect the juice.
14.
Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. The firing time is for reference only, and it is subject to ripeness.
2. Put the bone cold water into the pot of flying water to remove more blood.
