This sauce stew pot is inspired by Huangshanghuang three-juice stew pot, but it is not the same, because my sauce is very random and not so strict. Chinese food is like this. It’s not a big deal if it’s more or less. Yes, so you can do it as you like.
It looks a bit complicated, but in fact there are more types of materials, and the preparation process is more cumbersome. In fact, the operation is very simple. Select the function, press the button, and after 50 minutes, the deliciousness will appear.

Sauce Braised Pot

1. Prepare some vegetables, meat and vegetables are a healthy diet.

2. More and more like fresh corn into vegetables, cut into small pieces, and then divided into two.

3. Cut the shallots into pieces, and the sauté pan tastes super good.

4. Cut the red pepper into pieces and decorate it at the end to make the dishes more beautiful.

5. Snow peas, remove the tendons and stalks, soak up the water, very green and refreshing.

6. The celery is cut into sections and put in at the end. The aroma is very good.

7. Cut carrots into pieces with a hob. Eating more carrots is good for your eyes.

8. Prepare garlic, shallots and ginger slices.

9. Cut off the nails of the chicken feet and chop them in half.

10. Make a knife on the surface of the chicken wings.

12. Pick the shrimp thread and cut off the shrimp silk.

13. Add water to the pot, add cold water to the chicken wings and chicken feet, cook for 3 minutes after the water is boiled, and wash off the foam and set aside.

14. Put a little oil in a wok, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

15. Add vegetables. In this step, there are carrots, some snow peas, green onions and corn.

16. Add the vegetables. In this step, the carrots, some snow peas, shallots and corn are fried. Season with salt.

17. The fried vegetables are placed in a Supor electric casserole and spread underneath.

19. Supor electric casserole, select the braised pork function, it takes 50 minutes.

20. To make a bowl of braised sauce, I used oyster sauce, tomato sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, bean paste, steamed fish soy sauce, white sugar, the weight is about 1:1, then add appropriate amount of water and stir well. Add salt as appropriate. The sauces have a salty taste, which is almost enough.

21. Pour the mixed juice on top.

22. After about 30 minutes, add shrimp and continue to simmer.

23. When the remaining 10 minutes, add the remaining vegetables, I like to add some celery when the dishes are cooked, there is a special fragrance.

24. Time is up, a pot full, really satisfying. In order to look good, I put snow peas directly on it after drinking water. It will look more beautiful and have more appetite.
