Sauce Chicken Nuggets
1.
I bought the chicken, cleaned it and chopped it into pieces (I used one-third).
2.
Wash the red peppers, cut into large pieces, and set aside.
3.
Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.
4.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the chicken and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry until the chicken is discolored and the water is basically dry, add a large spoonful of bean paste, a small amount of sugar, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and soy sauce, and stir fry.
6.
Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry.
7.
Stir-fry until the chicken is colored, and when the sauce is fragrant, pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water to cover the chicken.
8.
Simmer over medium-low heat for a while, simmer until the soup is reduced, and add chili.
9.
Stir-fry evenly out of the pan.
Tips:
If you put enough sauce, you don't need to put salt at all.
