Sauce Duck Clavicle

The duck collarbone that I bought was blanched and added 4 chicken wings.

Add vegetable oil to the pot, put the garlic, pepper, pepper, cinnamon, star anise, old ginger (the old ginger is slapped open with a knife, don’t need to cut) into the pot and fry until fragrant

Add the blanched duck collarbone, add yellow sauce, light soy sauce, and soy sauce, continue to stir fry the aroma

Add stock

Add rock sugar and continue to simmer for about 20 minutes, drain all the soup
