Sauce-flavored Egg Finger Biscuits

First make an egg, if it is a non-stick pan, you don’t need to put oil, otherwise, just brush some oil and pour an egg directly into the pan

Turn over and fry when you see it forming, and make the egg yolk half-cooked

A hand cake, I used black sesame hand cake. Heat the pan and put it directly in the hand cake. If you like the oil, brush some oil. If you don’t like it, you don’t need to put the oil.

See that the cake becomes transparent, so I put a layer of sweet flour sauce on it

Fry for about 3 minutes, add lettuce and eggs, fold in half

After folding in half, you can take it out and eat directly, or cut in half and enjoy. The yolk is half-cooked but not runny. It tastes great
Tips:
Any brand of hand cake is fine.
