Sauce Fried Shrimp

Frozen shrimps, thaw at room temperature.

Prepare peanuts, vegetarian chicken, green onions and ingredients.

Put the defrosted shrimp into a bowl, use cornstarch and a small amount of cooking wine, and wash for 3 minutes.

Clean the shrimp intestines and drain after washing.

Veggie chicken and green onions are all diced with a knife; ginger and millet pepper are minced.

Tips:
1: Put the peanuts in the pan in cold oil, stir fry over medium and low heat, turn off the heat and remove them when you hear a crackling sound. Don't overfry.
2: The June fragrant bean paste used by the wizard is not spicy. If you like spicy food, you can replace it with spicy bean paste or add large and small rice peppers.
3: After the shrimp is in the pot, stir fry the ingredients quickly to avoid frying for too long and the meat is rough and old.
