Sauce Pig Heart (simple Version)

A fresh pig heart, cut into pieces and washed with blood

Prepare cinnamon and aniseed

Boil a pot under water, add cinnamon, aniseed and cook

Fish out and let cool

Choose a smaller container and pour in the right amount of soy sauce. The soy sauce should cover the pig's heart

It's marinated for one night and it's ready to be eaten. It's good with a bowl of porridge in the morning.
Tips:
You can choose the brand of soy sauce that is usually eaten at home. I use the fresh soy sauce.
