Sauce Popcorn

Wash the snails and put them in water to spit sand. You can add a few drops of sesame oil, and put a stainless steel spoon to speed up spitting.

Put oil in the pot, the amount of oil is slightly more than usual for cooking oil. After the oil is hot, add the sliced green onion, ginger, sliced garlic, fry the fragrant, pour in the snails that have been spit in the sand and dry the water, and stir-fry on high heat.

After sautéing the water for a while, add the light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet noodle sauce and Zhu Hou sauce mixed sauce, stir fry evenly, add a little water, cover the pot and simmer for about three or four minutes.

Because three kinds of sauces are added, the saltiness should be enough, so there is no need to add salt! Sprinkle chopped chives before serving!
Tips:
1. Remember not to fry for too long, otherwise the snail meat will be too old
2. Friends who like spicy food can add chili or hot sauce and it tastes good
