I have made ribs several times, although it is not perfect, but the level is still higher than before. Thanks to the addition of tomato sauce to the ribs this time, the sweet and sour taste is still slightly different from the previous ones. Even my son said it was delicious and fragrant.

Sauce Pork Ribs

1. Rinse the ribs

2. Pork ribs blanched to remove scum and blood

3. Pour a little oil in a non-stick pan, put the blanched ribs in the pan

4. Fry on the surface until it is slightly yellow and ready for use, leave the bottom oil in the pan

5. Slice ginger, cut pepper into sections

6. Use the remaining base oil to stir fragrant ginger slices and hot peppers

7. Pour in tomato sauce and stir fry

8. Add a little cooking wine, dark soy sauce and water

9. Add salt, sugar and then pour in the fried pork ribs

10. Cover and simmer slowly

11. Stew until the ribs are tender

12. Open the fire to collect the juice

Tips:

Ribs should be blanched first to remove impurities and blood.
