Sauce Pork Trotters

Prepare the raw materials, and ask the merchant to chop up the trotters when buying the trotters;

Blanch the trotters in a hot pot under cold water and remove them;

Pour edible oil into the wok, add bay leaves, pepper, aniseed, rock sugar, ginger slices and stir fry;

Soak the dried yellow sauce into a wok and stir-fry until it is fragrant, pour in hot water, and then add green onion, tangerine peel, and hawthorn slices to make soup;

Put the blanched pig's trotter into the electric pressure cooker, pour the soup, add the cooking wine, braised soy sauce, and cover the pressure cooker cover for 37 minutes;

When the pressure cooker is exhausted, open the lid, pour the trotters into the wok, and simmer for another 10 minutes. The soup is thickened and the trotters are removed and allowed to cool.
Tips:
Soak the dried yellow sauce until it is soft and stir-fried to make it more flavorful.
