Sauce Steak Rice Fort

1. Wash the beef and cut into round pieces, add light soy sauce, refined salt, sesame oil, water starch, ginger paste, black pepper, mix well and marinate for 1 hour, thinly slice the tomato, and shred the onion

2. The cooked white rice is cool but will be spooned into the mold, compacted and arranged into round rice slices with a thickness of about 0.8

3. Put it in a baking tray and brush a layer of hoisin soy sauce on the surface of the rice

4. Sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds, put in the oven for 3 minutes until the surface is slightly dry, take it out

5. Add butter to electric baking pan and heat to melt

6. Pour the onion and sauté until fragrant

7. Add veal steak and cook

8. Fry for 5 minutes, turn the steak over, continue to cook the steak to change its color and become well-done, and be careful not to take too long to prevent the beef from getting too old.

9. Keep the remaining sauce after marinating

10. Pour it into the almost fried steak and serve it out when the juice is collected

11. Put the tomato slices in the pan and fry until soft

12. Take a slice of white rice as the base, add lettuce, then beef in the middle of the tomato, make it in sequence, and finally cover with slices of white rice and it’s OK.

Tips:

1: The cooked beef steak is served hot, the white rice will become harder when it is cold

2: Pay attention to the cooking time of the steak not too long, so that the taste is fresh and tender

3: The marinated sauce can be added as personal preference
