Sauerkraut Pork Slices

Prepare ingredients.

Cut the meat into thin slices, add pepper, cooking wine, light soy sauce and marinate for half an hour.

Soak the sauerkraut and cut it.

Prepare red dried peppers, ginger slices, peppercorns, and chopped coriander.

Tips:
1. The meat slices will be marinated for a longer time to be more delicious.
2. The meat slices can be put into the pot piece by piece, keep the high fire when it is put into the pot, or scatter it as soon as possible, and cook it quickly to prevent it from getting too old.
3. Add pickled peppers and cook for the spicy ones.
4. Sauerkraut has a salty taste, add a little salt to it.
