Sauerkraut Tofu Pot

Rinse the soft tofu and soak it in light salt water. (There is no time to ignore)

Wash sauerkraut. (The method was posted earlier)

Minced meat. (I choose half-fat and lean foreleg meat)

Cut the tofu into small pieces.
5.
Cut millet pepper into small circles.
6.
Cut sauerkraut into small pieces.

Put minced meat in the pot (no need to put oil)
8.
Stir out the fat.
9.
Pour sauerkraut and stir fry.

Adjust the amount of salt and stir-fry evenly, and stir-fry for about two minutes.

Add millet peppers.

Pour in tofu and stir gently.
13.
Pour in oyster sauce.
14.
Push gently.
15.
Pour into the casserole.

No need to add water. (Tofu will make water)
17.
Cover the lid and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
18.
Open the lid and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
You can't eat spicy food without adding chili.
The minced meat will stir up oil, so no oil is added.
