Saujin Mushroom and Pickled Vegetables Boiled Udon Noodles

Ingredients: Udon noodles, pickled vegetables (washed and chopped), Xiuzhen mushrooms (washed).

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the chopped pickled vegetables and cleaned Xiuzhen mushrooms and stir fry.

Then, add some water and boil for 2 minutes.

Then, unpack the udon noodles and put them in Xiuzhen mushrooms and pickled vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Season to mix and serve.
