Sausage Bunny Buns

Prepare the flour

Use warm water to melt the yeast and slowly pour it into the flour, and stir with chopsticks while pouring in

Stir it into a powder-free flocculent state

Knead into a smooth dough

Fermented to twice the size, no shrinkage when poked

After exhaust, it is divided into 10 parts of about 60 grams.

Take a portion and slowly add the flour and knead it until the dough is smooth and without pores. Knead it to a length of about 40cm. Prepare the sausage.

Wrap around the sausage with a gap in between

Decorate the eyes with small red beans and it’s OK. When everything is done, ferment for about 30 minutes, steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes
