Sausage Potato Confectionery Roll

Prepare the raw materials, Jenny Jane’s children’s sausages are defrosted from the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, and the potatoes are steamed and peeled in advance (this is just a backup potato).

The defrosted children’s sausages are cut into cubes according to my own preference. I like to cut them up a bit larger and have a good texture. You can eat meat sausages in just one bite.

Wash shiitake mushrooms and chop, wash carrots, peel and chop, onions remove old skin, wash and chop.

Put an appropriate amount of corn oil in a non-stick pan, and stir-fry the children's sausage on a low heat until it has a good flavor.

Add chopped onion, chopped carrots and chopped mushrooms and stir fry.

Stir fry to get the fragrance, and it's done well. Leave any seasonings alone. Add seasonings when you mix them with the mashed potatoes.

Mashed potatoes are pressed into puree.

Add the fried sausages and other ingredients, add the appropriate amount of salt, pepper, and white sugar with disposable gloves to grasp well and set aside.

Wonton wrappers are big ones, which are usually sold in vegetable markets. Go for a wrapper and put some sausage mashed potatoes on it.

Roll it up, twist the two ends in the opposite direction into a candy shape. I made 30 pieces at a time. The remaining sausage and mashed potatoes are frozen in the refrigerator freezer. If you want to take it out, you can do it.

Put a little oil in a maifan stone non-stick pan, put the sausage and potato candy rolls into the raw dough and fry it over a low fire. Turn it over until the wonton wrapper is cooked through, and the fillings inside are already cooked.

Take it out and use absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil and you can enjoy it beautifully!

Tips:
1. The fillings are prepared according to my own needs, and I do more.
2. The fillings in the candy rolls can be replaced with bean paste, meat fillings and other fillings you like.
3. The skin that can be changed to fried will be more crispy, but the frying is more fuel-efficient and healthy to eat. Choose deep-fried or fried according to your preference.
