Sautéed Tofu with Fatty Intestines

Cut the tofu into pieces and set aside.

Wash and cut cooked intestines.
3.
Cut dried chili into sections, mince green onion and ginger.

Heat the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, add the chili, green onion and minced ginger and fry.

Add the fatty intestines and stir fry for a while.

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce pepper to color.

Add an appropriate amount of hot water to a boil.

Add salt chicken essence, add tofu and bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and continue cooking.

Boil until a little broth is left and turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
