Sauteed and Smoked Dry

Prepare smoked dried, chives, ginger, minced garlic

Smoke and dry clean, cut into strips, prepare flavored sauce (braised soy sauce, rice wine, chicken essence, salt), green pepper rings and millet pepper rings

Put rapeseed oil and cooked lard in the pot and cook until 60% hot

Add smoked dried noodles, fry on low heat until golden on both sides, add ginger and minced garlic and fry until fragrant

Cook the rice wine, put it in the fresh soup, boil over medium heat and stir well

Add flavor sauce, green pepper rings, millet pepper rings, simmer over medium heat until the soup is almost dry

Put the leeks and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
Green peppers and millet peppers are hotter, so be sure to put them less or before they are out of the pot
