Sauteed Fungus with Yacon

Prepare ingredients: Yacon and dried black fungus

Black fungus soaked hair wash and set aside

Peel the yam, wash and cut into thin slices

Pour a little oil into the pan, and when the oil is hot, pour in the yam and fungus and stir fry for a while

Tips:
1. Don't pour too much oil for cooking, otherwise the pan will be filled with oil after cooking
2. Yacon is sweet, so there is no need to put sugar
