Savory Ribs Braised Rice

Wash the ribs, chop them into small pieces (call the store to process them when you buy them), marinate them in cooking wine for ten minutes, add salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil for half an hour. (I usually make it after marinating in the refrigerator for a day and night. The rice that comes out is delicious!)

Wash the peas, blanch them in boiling water for a minute and rinse them under cold water.

Wash and drain the rice for later use.

Dried shiitake mushrooms are soaked in warm water and chopped.

Put a little oil in the pan, fry the ribs slightly, add the mushrooms and fry until fragrant, then add the peas and rice and fry for two minutes and turn off the heat.

Move the fried ingredients to an electric pressure cooker (you can also use an electric rice cooker), press the usual cooking button, and wait for the meal to start!
Tips:
If you want to keep it simple, just put it in the pot and simmer, no need to fry.
