Savoury Chickpea Yellow

The chickpeas are soaked in warm water one night in advance, and then all the skins are removed very carefully, and they are broken into two halves.

Put water in the pressure cooker, add chickpeas and cook for half an hour

After the boiled chickpeas are allowed to cool, add water in portions and add them to the food processor to make a puree

The mashed bean paste should be more delicate, so add a little more water

Then transfer all the bean paste to the rice cooker, add a piece of thick soup treasure

Boil slowly until it is thicker and has lines that are not easy to disappear

Then put it into a mold with greased paper while it is hot, and smooth the surface

Cover it with greased paper on both sides to prevent the surface from drying out. Put it in the refrigerator and eat it overnight.
Tips:
Be sure to scrape while it is hot, otherwise... it will form agglomerates...
