Savoury Homemade Milk Tea

Appropriate amount of sugar can be put in a pot according to taste and melted on low heat

Add milk after the sugar changes color. The amount I made for two people is basically one pack of milk per person

Put the black tea directly after pouring the milk. Different black teas have different tastes. I only use Pu'er at home, so I use Pu'er. In fact, I personally feel that the taste of Pu'er is average when making milk tea.

The heat is low throughout the whole process. After opening it, it can be rolled for about ten minutes. Use a filter or gauze to filter. The cotton gauze I used in the supermarket has a more delicate taste. I forgot to take pictures.
