Savoury Lamb Pot

Wash the lamb and cut into pieces.

Add cooking wine and ginger to the water to bring to a boil, put the lamb in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes, remove and rinse well and set aside.

Wash 1/4 of the salted duck and cut into small pieces, pat the ginger apart, and cut the green onion into sections.

Tofu in oil.

Cut the carrots into hob pieces.

Put the mutton and salted duck in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, add green onions, ginger, chili, and star anise. Bring to a boil on high heat and simmer for 2 hours.

When the stewed meat is rotten, add the tofu and carrots, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Just add a little chicken essence.
